3. Quotes and Pricing

• All quotes are provided free of charge with no obligation.
• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
• Final pricing is based on the information you provide. If site conditions differ significantly from what was described, we reserve the right to adjust the price before commencing work.
• Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking.

4. Bookings and Cancellations

• Bookings are confirmed once we have agreed a date, price, and received any required deposit.
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled date will receive a full refund of any deposit.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to adverse weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Insurance and Liability

• All moves and on-site work are fully insured.
• We take all reasonable care to prevent damage to your property and hot tub during our work.
• Any damage must be reported to us in writing within 48 hours of the service being completed.
• Our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged item, up to the value of the service provided.
• We are not liable for pre-existing damage, faults, or issues not disclosed to us before work begins.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information about the hot tub location, access, and any known issues.
• You must ensure clear access for our team and equipment on the agreed date.
• You are responsible for ensuring electrical disconnection/reconnection is carried out by a qualified electrician unless this is included in our service.
